1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting a form, or requesting information from ScaleOpx, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.
Additional written agreements, proposals, invoices, or statements of work may apply to specific services. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly agreed written terms for that service will control.
2. Services
ScaleOpx may provide website creation, social media content support, bookkeeping workflow support for accountants, virtual assistant support, and related business operations services.
Service availability, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, and responsibilities will depend on the agreed project scope or support arrangement.
3. Website information and inquiries
The information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee that ScaleOpx will accept a project.
We may decline requests that are outside our service scope, unavailable due to capacity, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise not a suitable fit.
4. Proposals, scope, and changes
Project scope should be confirmed in writing before work begins. Scope may include deliverables, page count, content requirements, revision rounds, tools, deadlines, and communication expectations.
Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised proposal.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, brand assets, content, approvals, and any materials needed to complete the work.
Delays in feedback, access, payment, or required materials may delay the project timeline.
6. Payments and billing
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, recurring charges, and due dates should be confirmed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
ScaleOpx may pause work, withhold deliverables, or delay launch if required payments are not received according to the agreed terms.
7. Revisions and approvals
Revision rounds should be defined in the project scope. Additional revisions or major direction changes may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.
Client approval of deliverables, pages, content, or workflows may be required before launch, publishing, or implementation.
8. Third-party platforms and tools
Services may involve third-party tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, content platforms, social media accounts, bookkeeping software, CRMs, analytics tools, email platforms, or scheduling systems.
ScaleOpx is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data loss, account restrictions, fees, integrations, or platform decisions outside our control.
9. Content, intellectual property, and licenses
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, images, logos, brand assets, data, or materials provided to ScaleOpx.
Ownership of final deliverables should be defined in the applicable written agreement. ScaleOpx may retain rights to reusable frameworks, templates, code patterns, know-how, internal processes, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Portfolio and marketing use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ScaleOpx may reference completed work, client names, screenshots, project descriptions, or general results in portfolios, proposals, or marketing materials.
Clients may request confidentiality or restricted portfolio use in writing before the project begins.
11. Confidentiality and access
When work requires access to accounts, documents, client information, or internal systems, access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the service.
Clients are responsible for managing passwords, permissions, approvals, and access removal when a project or support relationship ends.
12. Bookkeeping and professional responsibility
Bookkeeping support is intended to assist accountants and firms with preparation, organization, workflow support, and review-ready handoffs. ScaleOpx does not provide tax advice, legal advice, audit opinions, or final accounting judgments unless expressly agreed with qualified professionals.
Accounting firms and clients remain responsible for final review, filings, professional advice, compliance, and client-facing decisions.
13. No guaranteed results
ScaleOpx aims to provide professional service and practical execution. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, follower growth, search ranking, platform performance, or business outcomes.
Results can depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer quality, pricing, ad spend, client responsiveness, platform algorithms, and sales process.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleOpx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or services.
Any liability related to a paid service should be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Termination
Either party may end a project or support relationship according to the applicable written agreement. Fees may still be owed for completed work, committed time, expenses, or non-cancelable obligations.
16. Updates to these terms
ScaleOpx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
